Ellram and Cooper (2014, p.17) state While comprehensive SCM frameworks such as the Global Supply Chain Forum and SCOR have been developed, the manner in which they are applied and their emphasis may vary significantly by industry, by company and even within industry. They highlight a common set of principles that underline supply chain management issues but in reality they are applied differently in different industries based on their competitive strategies. Critically evaluate the manner in which the company has applied the SCM frameworks to manage and improve its global supply chain operations for competitiveness. Provide recommendations for performance improvement. Research It is expected that you will research widely using the UniSA library database search facilities.
