This assignment asks that as a CYC learning practitioner, you are working with the assigned character. One way to look at it is imagine the assigned character was new at your placement, How would you work with them?
Second Years:
Your will apply the first 5 competencies (22 sub-domains) and select at least 4 of 9 sub-domains in the back 2 competencies (APD and systems).
Part of the reason for this differentiation is that there is higher weight on the first 5 competencies than the last 2 to reach total scoring system for second years whereas in third year all sub-domains have equal weight.
