Reflective practice brief This assessment requires you to reflect on a change management issue experienced by you as part of an organisation. This could be an organisation you had worked in the past or could be your current organisation. The change experienced could relate to due to any intervention (HRM, Interpersonal, Techno-structural and Strategic). Specifically, you are required to reflect on any three of the six sources of resistance (mentioned below) to this change initiative. 1. Reluctance to lose control 2. Cognitive rigidity 3. You need to have minimum one reference in each reflective entry which has to be included in the reference list at the end of all the three reflective pieces.
