Meanwhile, Dale, Ashley’s brother arrives on the scene and confronts Blake. In anger, Dale says to Blake, “I know you caused the accident, you look like a crack head.” Several people were now standing around the scene and heard this statement. Meanwhile, Eddie is racing down the street in his modified, non-street legal dunebuggy. As he approaches the accident scene, he cannot get the buggy to stop and runs right into Blake killing him instantly.
