Why or why not? 4) Summarize arguments for and against applying these regulatory requirements to all educational institutions, not just for-profits. Consider especially the fates of degrees in non-vocational fields such as the humanities. 5) Answer the question: Do you think these regulatory requirements are having, or will have, the federal government’s desired effect? Why or why not?
