I parked my car and radioed for help. Officer Peter Patter joined me and we approached the Swine Unit. We found two men in the Swine Unit chasing pigs around. We turned off our flashlights and yelled at the men to put their hands up. One man took off and kept running although we fired several shots over his head. Arrested was William Wart, 19, a Pierce agriculture student who lives at 19032 Roseville road, Woodland Hills. He said the other man who escaped was his roommate, Tod Terror, 18, also a Pierce student. We took Wart to LAPD West Valley Division. He was booked on grand theft charges. In the Swine Unit was found a 1994 red Ford pickup truck with three pigs in the camper shell. The truck was registered to Tod Terror, 19032 Roseville Rd, Woodland Hills. >Stegglers report ends here< You call Mick Sears, chairperson of the agriculture department. He says, Yes, Wart and Terror are ag majors here. They told me they want to start a farm together. But I am certain this is just some kind of a misunderstanding.
