) Resubmission coursework: Individual Assignment Through the use of the internet and other search facilities, and direct contact with organisations, students will be required to create an individual assignment on the following topic: Pick an aspect of OB focusing on improving human performance. Argue the business case for why organisations should focus on this important area and provide an in-depth best-practice example of an organisation effectively doing so For example, a group could develop a business case for why organisations should focus on employee motivation, then detail examples of an organisation that deploys innovative and creative ways to motivate their employees. Students are not allowed to base their assignment on the same organisation they studied as a group. The required length for the project report is 2,000 words, excluding appendices. It is expected that in completing the assignment students will make extensive reference to the relevant literature; any references cited must be included in a bibliography at the end of the assignment, and the quality of the bibliography will be taken into account in the assessment of the assignment.
