This case will provide you with an opportunity to critically discuss the justification of decisions in relation to the soft parameters affecting the success of a change project. Your task is to complete a report of 2500 words which provides a critical and analytical review and discussion of the leadership and change issues as well as other business issues that should be taken into consideration towards ethical decision making and the implications of change framed by the subject matter and focus of the chosen case. It is wise for you to establish the key focus of your discussion, drawing on material not only from the case itself but also from other published sources such as company reports, quality newspaper articles, academic journals and texts.
