Identify any errors made by one or both of the parties involved d. Identify the laws which would support your assessment (remember to reference your sources) e. Note any relevant Express or Implied terms in the contract, and any assurances made but not in the contract, yet which are deemed relevant to your assessment. 2. What measures should be undertaken to resolve the issue and prevent future reoccurrences of the issue? a. Indicate where the parties should go for information and support b. Make suggestions for initiating discussions between the parties c. Make recommendations for steps that might be taken in the event of failure to agree d. Outline steps that may then be taken to resolve the issue 3. Create a report which summarises your research, your assessment of the situation and any recommendations for its resolution and future avoidance of the issue. Your report must contain all elements of a formal report, including: Title page Executive Summary Table of Contents Introduction ‘Body’ of the report – the discussion should progress in a logical order Graphs, tables and illustrations – at least one illustration (correctly referenced) Conclusions and recommendations List of References or Bibliography. Sources of information must be cited in the text of the report and referenced appropriately at the end in a reference list using APA referencing style. Appendix – any items you believe should be included in their entirety Word limit: 2,000 words with 10% tolerance.
