In preparation, students complete a short analytic task based on each week’s key topics and concepts, and share this with their peers: discussion prompts ask students to compare, contrast, and critique the similarities and differences between contexts, and receive feedback on their work. The objective of this Organisational Behaviour project is to develop students conceptualizing, research and analytical skills. This project will require students to assess and identify an existing Organisational Behaviour issue (preferably in their own organization or one that they are familiar with or have access to information), research applicable theories and conduct an analysis of the situation/ issues/ challenges; then developing and analyzing various alternatives; lastly selecting and recommending (and implementing where possible) the most suitable idea or solution. Instructions This real life project will provide you an opportunity to demonstrate skills as you initiate, analyse, create a proposal and plan for change. This project will be completed over the 7 weeks of the unit, building each section on a weekly basis following the topics covered.
