Evaluate one business communication tool, as an approach to support the sharing of information, which would help to improve productivity levels within an organisation. You must justify you choice and support your discussion with relevant theory. 3. Identify a specific (management) job role in an organisation, you wish to attain, directly after completing your University course. Present the job role and the organisation, you have chosen. Justify your choice of job role and organisation. Explain where the specific role fits within the organisation (if you wish to be self-employed you must indicate the role you would adopt within your own business and the overall mission and purpose of your business). Identify 3 skills, knowledge and/or personal qualities needed for your chosen (management) job role, which you have identified above. 4. Complete the Employability Skills Self Assessment diagnostic tool (available on the Changemaker Hub site). Complete two other diagnostic assessments tools using a range of psychometric profiles (one of these additional diagnostic assessment tools must be from our class). 5. Create a personal working gap analysis, using the information from the three diagnostic assessments. From each of the diagnostic assessments, identify one skill, knowledge, or a personal quality, which you need to develop to be able to attain your chosen (management) job role (as identified in question 3). You must identify which diagnostic assessment each of your chosen skills, knowledge or personal qualities has been derived from. 6. Construst a self development plan, which outlines your personal development activities for each of the skills, knowledge or personal qualities identified (in question 5), from your diagnostic assessments and gap analysis (3 in total). Your self development plan must cover your development actvities for 3 months. Your personal self development plan should form part of your Powerpoint Presentation slides, on Turnitin by the submission date, as indicated below. You must link the skills, knowledge and/or personal qualities (3 in total) from your chosen job role with your personal self development plan. You must explain how you will develop these areas to be personally competent. In your presentation, you must make it clear, where you are currently in terms of your skills and knowledge, where you want to be and how you will achieve the skills and knowledge to be able to attain your chosen job. 7. Evidence one developmental activity you have undertaken with the Universitys Changemaker Hub, to improve your skills, knowledge and/or personal qualities, in preparation for you chosen job. (A developmental activity would not include a diagnostic assessment or attending an introduction presentation to the Changemaker Hub). Reflect upon your experience of what you have learned, gained and developed from the activity and answer the following in your presentation: Explain why you chose the specific developmental activity How has the activity helped you to develop your management skills? 8. Visit the Universitys Changemaker Hub site/website. You must evidence you have achieved at least 100 points from the Employability Plus Rewards programme, by the submission date of the assignment. This information will be collected directly from Changemaker Hub by the Assessor.
