Your self development plan must cover your development actvities for 3 months. Your personal self development plan should form part of your Powerpoint Presentation slides, on Turnitin by the submission date, as indicated below. You must link the skills, knowledge and/or personal qualities (3 in total) from your chosen job role with your personal self development plan. You must explain how you will develop these areas to be personally competent. In your presentation, you must make it clear, where you are currently in terms of your skills and knowledge, where you want to be and how you will achieve the skills and knowledge to be able to attain your chosen job. 7. Evidence one developmental activity you have undertaken with the Universitys Changemaker Hub, to improve your skills, knowledge and/or personal qualities, in preparation for you chosen job. (A developmental activity would not include a diagnostic assessment or attending an introduction presentation to the Changemaker Hub). Reflect upon your experience of what you have learned, gained and developed from the activity and answer the following in your presentation: Explain why you chose the specific developmental activity How has the activity helped you to develop your management skills? 8. Visit the Universitys Changemaker Hub site/website. You must evidence you have achieved at least 100 points from the Employability Plus Rewards programme, by the submission date of the assignment.
