His medication is albuterol 2 to 4 inhalations every 20 min as need it, seems he is using a lot. Pt has pulmonary function test about 5 years ago we will order another one to see the progression of disease.
Treatment
Refill albuterol 1 m dose inhaler with 2 refills and start with a long acting steroid such as fluticasone 1 mcg. Follow up in one week.

25 year old Hispanic female came to the clinic with unpleasant vaginal odor smell unpleasant foul fish like odor and whitish yellow vaginal discharge that worsen after intercourse (sex) with husband. Do not consume alcohol during the course of antibiotic therapy , finish medication, Instructions to the patient to always wipe from front to back use a mild soap when cleaning. Pt is instructed to return to the clinic for annual exam next year.
